These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the qu99 platform and all its services. By visiting the qu99 website, opening an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2.1 Age & Eligibility

To open an account and use the services at qu99, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is only for users aged 21 and above. Managing an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled. Multiple members of the same household operating separate accounts from the same device or IP address may be subject to review.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

qu99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for keeping your qu99 account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is prohibited.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out at the end of your session.
• Granting account access to or having your account managed by a third party is prohibited.

qu99 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where it occurred due to the user's own carelessness or negligence.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Approved payment methods at qu99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

Deposits must come from your own registered payment account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Funds will be returned using the same method as the original deposit.

• Before submitting a withdrawal request, the wagering requirements attached to any applicable bonus must be met.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• If fraud or irregularity is suspected, qu99 may place a withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.
• For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may apply.

4.3 Currency

All transactions at qu99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at qu99 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own expiry period — any unused bonus is cancelled once it expires.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.
• qu99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• qu99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion, with or without prior notice.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as bonus fraud.

6.1 Fair Play

qu99 ensures fair play across all games. Our platform uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every outcome completely random and impartial.

6.2 Bet Limits & Technical Errors

Each game has its own bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or network issue, qu99 reserves the right to void that round and return the wagered amount.

6.3 Sports Betting

The odds and match information displayed in the sports betting section are for informational purposes only. qu99 reserves the right to change odds. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with qu99's rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qu99 platform:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots, scripts, automation software, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in games.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Transferring or selling an account.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities against the platform or other users.
• Treating qu99 staff in a disrespectful or threatening manner.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, qu99 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.

• Breach of Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
